abstract |
The present invention provides a member for a fragrance smoking article which has sufficient selective filtering ability against phenol and is excellent in storage stability. The member for a flavor smoking article includes a base member and a phenol trapping agent which is supported on the base member and which satisfies the following formulae (1) to (3). In the formula, HSP (phenol) is the distance between the Hansen solubility parameter of the substance and the Hansen solubility parameter of phenol, Vp is the vapor pressure of the substance, and DP is the dropping point of the substance. HSP(phenol)≤8...(1); Vp≤0.2Pa...(2); DP≥50℃...(3). |
