abstract The invention relates to aqueous conductive carbon paste, an electrothermal film, a preparation method of the aqueous conductive carbon paste and application of the aqueous conductive carbon paste to a flexible wearable heating product, wherein the conductive carbon paste comprises a resin component and a conductive component, the resin component comprises a first polyurethane resin with the glass transition temperature of less than or equal to 15 ℃ and a second polyurethane resin with the glass transition temperature of more than or equal to 25 ℃, and after the aqueous conductive carbon paste is coated on a PET film or a PI film and cured to form a film, the aqueous conductive carbon paste can be peeled from the PET film or the PI film to obtain a flexible film. The flexible electrothermal film provided by the invention has excellent flexibility, conductivity and mechanical property, is particularly suitable for flexible wearable heating products, and really realizes the application in the field of flexible wearable heating. The production method of the flexible electrothermal film can produce the electrothermal film with excellent flexibility, conductivity and mechanical property in batch, and the electrothermal film has good consistency and lower production cost, and simultaneously, the process adopts a water-based system, thereby having low VOC emission and being more environment-friendly.
