abstract |
The invention provides a method for recovering vanadium and nickel from POX carbon black. After pulverization, acid leaching is used, and through solid-liquid separation, a vanadium-containing nickel leaching solution and leaching residue are obtained; 3) vanadium in the vanadium-containing nickel leaching solution is used as the first extractant to obtain a first organic phase and a first water phase, and the first organic phase and the first water phase are obtained. The organic phase is back-extracted to obtain a vanadium-rich solution; 4) the first aqueous phase is sequentially subjected to P204 for impurity removal, nickel extraction and back-extraction by the second extractant to obtain a nickel-rich solution. The invention can effectively extract and separate vanadium and nickel in POX carbon black, has high product purity, short operation process and low process cost. |
