abstract The invention relates to two rapid detection methods of basic type and fluorescence type of the enzymatic recombination isothermal amplification technology (Enzymatic Recombinase Amplification, ERA) of GI group norovirus. The present invention also relates to oligonucleotide primer and probe compositions for use in the methods. The present invention also relates to an ERA detection kit comprising the composition. Using the composition of the present invention for basic or fluorescent ERA detection can simply, rapidly, specifically and sensitively detect GI group norovirus components in samples such as food and feces.
