The invention discloses a stable rubber powder polymer composite modified asphalt and a mixture, comprising the following preparation process: (1) mercapto alcohol reacts with triphenylmethanol, and reacts with butene tricarboxylic acid and furanyl acrylic acid to obtain a product B; react with active magnesium, bromooctane, o-dichlorobenzene; react with butenedioic anhydride to obtain product D; react with product B, product D, sodium styrene sulfonate; react with trifluoroacetic acid and sodium hydroxide to obtain reaction (2) co-extruded with waste rubber powder to obtain stable rubber powder polymer; (3) mixed with base asphalt to obtain modified asphalt. The present invention prepares two kinds of unsaturated monomers through the above-mentioned raw materials, and copolymerizes them with sodium styrene sulfonate to obtain reactive additives, which are co-extruded with waste rubber powder at high temperature to reconstruct the three-dimensional cross-linked structure and improve the high temperature of the prepared asphalt. and the introduction of carboxylate and mercaptan to strengthen the stabilized rubber powder polymer and improve the high temperature performance, low temperature performance and fatigue resistance of the modified asphalt. |
