The invention belongs to the technical field of organic optoelectronic materials, and specifically discloses a class of organic electroluminescent materials based on phenylcarbonyl dibenzoxophenazine and their application in OLED. The organic electroluminescent material based on phenylcarbonyl dibenzoxophenazine of the present invention takes phenylcarbonyl dibenzoxophenazine as the core, and its structural formula is shown in formula (I). By attaching the same or different electron-donating groups to the rigid electron acceptor phenylcarbonyldibenzophenazine, the resulting molecular structure is distorted, the electron clouds at the HOMO and LUMO levels can be effectively separated, and the singlet-triplet energy gap (Ξ”EST ) is small, triplet excitons can be converted into singlet excitons by reverse intersystem jumping (RIST), and have thermally activated delayed fluorescence properties. Based on such materials, high-efficiency organic electroluminescence devices can be prepared, which have broad application prospects in the field of organic electroluminescence, and are expected to be widely used in flat panel displays and solid-state lighting. |
