titleOfInvention A kind of self-healing cement-based material and its preparation method and test method
abstract A self-healing cement-based material and a preparation method and a testing method thereof belong to the technical field of self-healing agents for cracks. The cement-based material is mixed with 15-25g of microcapsules and 0.75-1.25g of graphene oxide per 1000g of concrete mortar by weight. The preparation method includes the following steps: preparing a core material, a wall material solution and microcapsules, performing microcapsule detection, preparing graphene oxide, and preparing a self-healing cement-based material. The test method includes the following steps: taking a test block for pressure preloading and soaking, observing the microcapsule microscopic shape, crack repair and composition of the test block; arranging electrodes on the test block, and applying DC power to the electrodes; verifying whether the product is qualified. The invention solves the basic long-term service characteristics and grounding resistance problems faced by power transmission and transformation projects in the special environment of the northwest region. The overall bearing capacity, stiffness, grounding capacity, crack resistance and service performance of concrete are improved, while cost and material usage are saved.
