titleOfInvention Harmless salinization treatment method for organic waste
abstract The invention provides a harmless salinization treatment method of organic waste, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: 1) uniformly mixing solid industrial salt and organic waste according to the mass ratio of 1-2: 1, and standing for 24-72 hours; 2) crushing the mixture to 5-50mm, sieving, separating out organic waste and industrial salt, spreading and airing the separated organic waste for 2-7 days to obtain an air-dried substance, and returning the separated industrial salt to the step 1) for mixing; 3) the air-dried material is incinerated at the temperature of 1000-1400 ℃ or directly used as organic fertilizer. The method has the advantages that the putrescible and odorous organic wastes are kept in a solid form from the source, the generation of toxic and harmful waste water and waste gas by the organic wastes is avoided, the hidden danger of secondary environmental pollution is eliminated, the process flow is simple, efficient and strong in operability, the equipment investment is low, the preservative can be recycled, the storage time of the organic wastes is greatly prolonged, and the treatment cost is reduced.
