abstract | A carbon dioxide capture system based on liquid-solid phase separation comprises a pretreatment tower, absorption towers, a clear liquid mixing tank, a slurry mixing tank and a desorption tower, wherein the absorption towers are connected in series, an interstage heat exchanger and a liquid-solid separation tank are arranged at a liquid outlet of each stage of absorption tower, clear liquid separated by a first stage of liquid-solid separation tank is sent into the clear liquid mixing tank, and clear liquid separated by a residual liquid-solid separation tank is sent to the upper stage of absorption tower; the slurry outlet of each stage of liquid-solid separation tank is communicated with the inlet of the slurry mixing tank, the slurry mixing tank is communicated with the slurry preheater, the slurry preheater is communicated with the lean-rich liquid heat exchanger, the lean-rich liquid heat exchanger is communicated with the slurry inlet of the steam desorption tower, the steam desorption tower is communicated with the air desorption tower, the liquid outlet of the air desorption tower is communicated with the clear liquid mixing tank, and the liquid outlet of the clear liquid mixing tank is communicated with the liquid inlet of the last stage absorption tower. The invention can not only reduce the whole size and the carbon footprint, but also reduce the energy consumption of the system, thereby achieving the purpose of saving the carbon dioxide trapping cost. |
