abstract | The invention discloses a theoretical judgment method for gas production by oil thermal cracking, which comprises the steps of firstly determining thermodynamic parameters of various chemical bonds by thermal cracking by a quantum chemical calculation method, and then utilizing equilibrium and non-equilibrium metering relational expressions to ensure that the concentration of free radicals is 10 ‑12.5 ~10 ‑ 11.5 mol/L, i.e. Q Θ =10 ‑25 ~10 ‑23 The gas generation temperature and the relative quantity are determined. According to characteristic data of the produced gas of the linoleic acid reported in the existing literature, the concentration of free radicals during the produced gas is obtained by applying quantum chemical calculation method to determine thermodynamic parameters, reactant equilibrium-nonequilibrium relationship, reactant relationship and numerical value fitting, and the temperature required by the produced gas with different characteristics is further obtained, so that a new theoretical judgment method is provided for producing the gas of the transformer oil from vegetable oil, mineral oil, modified oil and the like, the transformer oil with smaller gas production rate is screened out under the condition of determining the structure and the proportion of the oil, and finally, a theoretical basis is provided for the safe production of the transformer oil in a power grid. |
