abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural product/food quality control and quality safety, in particular to a method for obtaining a potassium sorbate detection curve in wheat flour, which comprises the following steps: obtaining a sample of a mixture of potassium sorbate and wheat flour; determining the absorption spectrum of the sample by adopting a terahertz time-domain spectroscopy system; determining the absorption coefficient of a characteristic absorption peak of the sample according to the absorption spectrum; and obtaining the relation between the absorption coefficient of the characteristic absorption peak of the sample and the concentration of potassium sorbate in the sample by adopting a partial least squares regression method. The method for obtaining the potassium sorbate detection curve in the wheat flour has the characteristics of simple detection and short detection time, and is a safe, effective and high-precision nondestructive detection method. |
