titleOfInvention A kind of iron-based hot-dip copper-zinc composite material and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention provides an iron-based hot-dip copper-zinc plated composite material and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of composite materials. The invention firstly processes and deforms the steel matrix to be treated, so that dynamic recrystallization can be obtained, and in the subsequent annealing heat treatment, the deformed grains can be recrystallized or recrystallized, so that the grains of the steel matrix to be treated can be significantly obtained. Refinement can effectively avoid the problem of coarse grains of the composite material caused by the hot dipping process, and effectively improve the hardness and strength of the composite material; at the same time, the structure of the steel matrix to be treated is made denser through processing deformation, which hinders the copper in the steel matrix. Aggregation at the boundary avoids the occurrence of copper embrittlement; and the present invention can accurately control the thickness of the decarburized layer of the finished product by controlling the deformation amount of processing deformation; in addition, the grain size of the deformed steel substrate can be further refined by annealing treatment , to eliminate the deformation stress.
