abstract | The invention discloses a method for separating phenolic compounds from a lignosulfonate depolymerization product, belonging to the field of natural organic polymer chemical industry. The method takes phenol as a solvent, and adopts a lignin thermochemical phenolization method to depolymerize lignosulfonate under the condition of acid catalysis to obtain lignosulfonate phenolization depolymerization liquid; and then using petroleum ether as an extracting agent to continuously extract the lignosulfonate phenolic depolymerization liquid, and separating the extracted liquid to obtain the phenolic compound. The method has high depolymerization efficiency and extraction efficiency, can obtain more organic substances in the lignosulfonate depolymerization liquid, obtains monophenol compounds 2, 6-dimethoxyphenol and bisphenol compounds 2,2 '-methylenebiphenol and 4,4' -dihydroxydiphenylmethane with the relative molecular mass of 200.23 or less through GC-MS identification analysis, has low relative molecular weight and good stability of products, and provides an efficient separation depolymerization way for high-valued application of lignin. |
