abstract A method for the combined treatment of oily sludge using hydrothermal liquefaction coupled with supercritical water oxidation. At present, the main treatment methods of oily sludge include incineration, extraction and pyrolysis, but they all have limitations. The invention includes the following steps: pre-reacting the oil-containing sludge; pumping the pre-treated oil-containing sludge to a hydrothermal liquefier for hydrothermal liquefaction at a certain temperature and pressure, and the whole process is carried out in an oxygen-free atmosphere. After the hydrothermal liquefaction, the pressure is released and cooled, and the light oil, water and waste residue are separated by the light oil separator; the separated light oil enters the burner, and a part of the heat is supplied to the hydrothermal liquefier as auxiliary heat. A part of it is supplied to the supercritical water oxidation furnace as the start-up heat; after separation, the water and the waste slag undergo a supercritical water oxidation reaction in the supercritical water oxidation furnace under the atmosphere of a certain oxygen coefficient, temperature and pressure for a period of time. The invention is used for the combined treatment of oily sludge by utilizing hydrothermal liquefaction coupled with supercritical water oxidation.
