The invention discloses a method for preparing mercury selenide quantum dots by a solvothermal method, which comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring a mercury source, a surface active ligand and a solvent to obtain a mercury precursor solution; dissolving selenium powder in trioctylphosphine, and then adding a solvent to obtain a selenium precursor solution; placing mercury source, selenium source and solvent in polytetrafluoroethylene lining of reaction kettle, and heating at 50-100 deg.C for 4-12 hr. The tellurium-cadmium-mercury quantum dots obtained by the method show relatively uniform particle size distribution and relatively good monodispersity. |
