The oil-water separation device comprises a garbage feeding channel, a material turning flushing tank is arranged on the garbage feeding channel, a water outlet of the material turning flushing tank is connected with an oil-water separator through a pipeline, the oil-water separator is connected with a water tank and an oil drum, a discharge port of the garbage feeding channel is sequentially connected with a crushing device, a dewatering device and a fermentation device, the fermentation device comprises a fermentation tank, a plurality of seed tanks and a liquid odor removal tank are arranged on the fermentation tank, the seed tanks and the liquid odor removal tank are respectively communicated with the fermentation tank through pipelines and electronic valves, and the electronic valves are connected with a main controller. The invention treats the perishable garbage by a pure physical method, not only the treated garbage is non-toxic and harmless, but also the garbage becomes high-quality organic fertilizer for crops, flowers, plants, trees and the like, and the perishable garbage is changed into valuable.
