The invention relates to a (aquatic) biological rearing box (2), in particular for ectothermic animals, having a container (4) serving as a living space. The invention proposes that the (aquatic) biological incubator is equipped with an air conditioning device (6) comprising a fluid power machine (8), in particular a fan, and an electrothermal converter (10), in particular a Peltier element. The invention proposes that the air conditioning device (6) sucks air from the container (4), and the sucked air (7) is adjusted by guiding along the first side (12) of the electrothermal converter (10).
