abstract The invention discloses a paper preparation method with a high proportion of phosphogypsum whiskers replacing fibers, which comprises the following steps: (1) adding anhydrous phosphogypsum whiskers with a length of 200 μm to 1000 μm into a non-polar solvent to prepare a solid liquid mixture, adding a coupling agent to the solid-liquid mixture, obtaining surface-modified phosphogypsum whiskers after the stirring reaction, and mixing the surface-modified phosphogypsum whiskers with pulp fibers to form a mixed slurry; (2) Adding water to the mixed slurry in step (1) to make a slurry concentration of 1%, adding a retention aid with a mass of 0.2-0.5wt% of the mixed slurry, after dispersion and papermaking, a high proportion of phosphogypsum whiskers can be obtained to replace fibers paper. The invention uses high-length phosphogypsum whiskers as raw materials, and through surface modification and design of a new retention aid system, realizes the preparation of paper with a whisker replacement rate exceeding 50%.
