In the present invention, the SLAF-seq technology is used to construct a high-density complete linkage genetic map of pepper for the RILs population comprising 252 lines, and combined with the phenotype data of the fruit Vc content of each line of the RILs in three seasons, the main effect QTL that controls the fruit Vc content is determined. It was mapped to chromosome 1, and the tightly linked SNP molecular marker KQ8‑4472 was obtained, which was located on chromosome 1 at 36281092bp. The specific amplification primer developed by the molecular marker of the present invention can efficiently and accurately identify whether the pepper material or variety belongs to the material or variety with high fruit Vc content, which can significantly improve the breeding efficiency.
