The invention provides a PgIREG1S and AlATP-PRTS double genome for improving the nickel resistance of plants and its application, and relates to the field of genetic engineering. The nucleotide sequence of the protein gene PgIREG1S is shown in SEQ ID No 1; the nucleotide sequence of the ATP phosphoribosyltransferase gene AlATP-PRTS is shown in SEQ ID No 2. The two genes can be successfully transformed into rice and expressed in rice with high efficiency to obtain transgenic rice; rice plants transformed with PgIREG1S and AlATP-PRTS genes and wild-type rice plants have obvious differences in nickel resistance. Compared with wild-type rice, it has obvious ability to resist and enrich nickel, indicating that the transfer of PgIREG1S and AlATP-PRTS genes improves the ability of rice plants to resist and enrich nickel. |
