abstract The invention discloses a biodegradable modified atmosphere fresh-keeping box and a preparation method and application thereof. The biodegradable modified atmosphere fresh-keeping box comprises polylactic acid, a biodegradable dispersed phase, an ethylene elimination agent and an antibacterial agent; 74.95-98.88 parts of polylactic acid, 1-20 parts of biodegradable dispersed phase, 0.1-5 parts of ethylene elimination agent, and 0.01-0.05 part of antibacterial agent. The present invention uses polylactic acid as matrix, biodegradable material as dispersed phase, and cooperates with ethylene remover and antibacterial agent to prepare a biodegradable modified atmosphere box similar to egg carton by extrusion casting-blister process. Honeydew plums, loquats, blueberries and other fruits with a waxy white frost "protective layer" on their epidermis are preserved, which greatly prolongs the preservation period of such fruits.
