abstract |
The invention discloses a water-soluble flavonoid Al 3+ fluorescent probe, wherein the fluorescent probe is 3, 4-bis{2-[2-(2-methoxyethoxy)ethoxy]ethoxy Base}benzaldehyde and o-hydroxyacetophenone are synthesized by aldol condensation and oxidative ring closure reaction. The water-soluble flavonol compound has a chemical structure as shown in formula (I). The fluorescent probe of the invention has unique fluorescence selectivity to Al 3+ in aqueous solution, extremely high sensitivity and strong anti-interference ability of other metal ions, and the detection limit can be as low as 2.57×10 -8 M. The invention provides a simple and sensitive aluminum ion detection probe, which has broad application prospects. |
