The dihydroartemisinin nano-preparation comprises a nano-carrier and a Dihydroartemisinin; the nanocarrier is obtained by covalent grafting of acetylated chondroitin sulfate and protoporphyrin. The dihydroartemisinin nano preparation prepares the drug dihydroartemisinin into a functional nano preparation with both targeting and light response, which can improve the solubility of the drug, greatly prolong the action time of the drug, and greatly increase the tumor distribution of the drug and bioavailability, improve the biosafety of the system, and at the same time guide the anti-tumor treatment process through fluorescence imaging.
