abstract |
The invention relates to an optical chip for detecting bioelectrical signals, which comprises an optical chip substrate (9) and a device manufactured on the optical chip substrate (9), wherein the device comprises an optical waveguide, a photonic crystal resonant cavity (4) and an electrode plate (7). The optical waveguide is used for receiving and transmitting broadband light and comprises a receiving section, an intermediate transmission section and an output section; a photonic crystal resonant cavity (4) arranged in the middle transmission section of the optical waveguide and filled with electro-optic polymer; the electrode plate (6) comprises a bioelectricity detection electrode plate (61) and a reference electrode plate (62) which are respectively arranged at two sides of the photonic crystal resonant cavity (4). |
