titleOfInvention Method for preventing and treating senile dementia and improving learning and memory based on terahertz wave intervention
abstract The invention belongs to the field of terahertz wave therapy, and relates to a method for preventing and treating senile dementia and improving learning and memory based on terahertz wave intervention. The invention includes a stereotaxic technology for irradiating acupoints for experimental animals, a dynamic monitoring technology for terahertz irradiation power, body temperature monitoring during the irradiation process of experimental animals, instructions for establishing a THz irradiation platform, and an evaluation system for experimental effects after receiving THz irradiation. Through these methods, THz non-invasive physical intervention treatment can be realized, which can simulate the physiological state of experimental animals to the greatest extent and reduce the influence of human factors on the experimental results. The treatment method overcomes the shortcomings of traditional drug methods, and the examples also show that the method can indeed improve cognitive function, which can pave the way for the related mechanism of subsequent terahertz treatment of senile dementia, and provide ideas for the study of senile dementia treatment.
