The invention also discloses a measuring method based on the measuring system, which comprises the following steps: the electromagnetic wave transmitting and receiving unit transmits electromagnetic wave signals through the signal transmission unit and the electromagnetic wave signal real-time processing unit, and the electromagnetic wave signal real-time processing unit processes the transmitting signals and the receiving signals of the electromagnetic wave transmitting and receiving unit to obtain a measuring result of the blade tip distance.
