titleOfInvention A combined metabolic marker and its application, kit and scoring method
abstract The invention relates to a combined metabolic marker detection kit for evaluating the prognosis risk of liver cancer surgery, and its application in the risk assessment of liver cancer prognosis. The present invention detects the relative concentrations of small molecule metabolites such as phenylalanine, galactose, isopropyl-β-thiogalactopyranoside and glycerol in serum samples of subjects, based on Cox proportional hazards regression analysis , the subject risk score model RS OS was established by the weighted summation of partial regression coefficients, reflecting the postoperative mortality risk of liver cancer patients. Taking the median score as the cut-off value can significantly distinguish the high and low risk groups of postoperative death of liver cancer (p< 0.05), the median overall survival of patients with low risk scores was significantly longer than that of patients with high risk scores. The kit can realize highly sensitive and efficient detection of several small molecule metabolites involved in the present invention, and has the characteristics of low detection cost and good repeatability. The invention can be used as an auxiliary means to clinically predict the surgical prognosis of patients with liver cancer, so as to evaluate and monitor the patients' risk.
