titleOfInvention | A kind of rapid detection method for carbamate pesticides in vegetables |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for rapid detection of carbamate pesticides in vegetables, which includes setting a standard concentration of carbamates in a substrate to be detected; vortexing and standing, adding ultrasonic-assisted extraction for 0.5-1 h; The detection matrix solution was added with anhydrous magnesium sulfate and sodium chloride in a mass ratio of 1:3:1, vortexed for 1 min, centrifuged for 5 min, and the centrifuged supernatant was added with anhydrous magnesium sulfate and PSA in a mass ratio of 10:1:0.2. Mix the centrifuged solution and 20% methanol solution according to the volume ratio of 1:1 to obtain a reconstituted solution; take the reconstituted solution according to the volume ratio of 10:1, add the immobilized enzyme solution according to the volume ratio of 10:1, mix by 10:1, vortex and shake, and allow to stand for reaction. The mixture was reacted with 11:10 IDA solution for 3 min, and the supernatant was collected after magnetic separation to detect fluorescence. The invention utilizes magnetic mesoporous silica nanoparticles as a carrier to covalently couple and immobilize acetylcholinesterase, thereby improving the accuracy of rapid detection of carbamate pesticides in vegetables. |
