The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a porous alginate membrane. The method is to freeze and solidify a sodium alginate solution at a low temperature, and then inject a thawing coagulant with a low melting point into it. The thawing coagulant is determined by the mass of the component The fractions are composed of absolute ethanol 50%~94%, anhydrous calcium chloride 5%~25%, glycerin 0.5%~2%, and water. The ice crystal structure is gradually melted by ethanol penetration, and the liquefied calcium ions will be thawed. The sodium alginate macromolecules are quickly cross-linked and solidified, and the spatial structure of the sodium alginate macromolecules in the frozen state is retained, thereby forming a porous alginate film. The preparation method of the invention has simple equipment and process conditions, greatly improves the pore-forming efficiency, improves the mechanical properties of the porous alginate membrane, and is suitable for large-scale processing.
