The preparation method of the coating slurry for the lithium ion battery diaphragm comprises the following steps: step 1, providing a first solution, wherein the first solution comprises ceramics and nanowires; step 2, adding an adhesive into the first solution to obtain a second solution; and 3, heating the second solution to 60-80 ℃, and reacting for 30min-6 h. According to the preparation method of the coating slurry for the lithium ion battery diaphragm, the cross-linking reaction step is set, the reaction temperature is controlled within the range of 60-80 ℃, the reaction time is controlled within the range of 30min-6h, the ceramic and the nanowire can be fully cross-linked, and the thermal stability of the lithium ion battery diaphragm is remarkably improved.
