The invention provides a hand-pasted epoxy resin composite material for wind power blades, which is prepared by compounding common bisphenol A type epoxy resin serving as a main material with silanized cardanol modified epoxy resin and diphenolic acid epoxy resin, so that the wettability of the hand-pasted epoxy resin composite material to fibers and the curing speed are improved; meanwhile, the corresponding reactive diluent and the corresponding auxiliary agent are reasonably added, so that the hand lay-up epoxy resin composite material can meet the application requirement of hand lay-up repair of the wind power blade, and has proper construction viscosity, good sagging prevention performance, low operating environment requirement, good fiber wettability, low shrinkage curing rate, good toughness, mechanical property, heat resistance, wear resistance and the like after curing. |
