abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a polypeptide/polyolefin hybrid copolymer, which combines organic catalytic ring-opening polymerization of alpha-amino acid-N-carboxyl anhydride (NCA) with controllable free radical polymerization of vinyl monomers through the design and synthesis of a heteropolyfunctionalization initiator, and can realize the high-efficiency precise synthesis of the polypeptide/polyolefin hybrid polymer with adjustable molecular topological structure (linear, star-shaped and the like) and variable chain chemical composition through adjusting the relative quantity of NCA polymerization initiating groups and vinyl monomer polymerization initiating groups in the heteropolyfunctionalization initiator and the types of the NCA monomer and the vinyl monomer. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages of high polymerization rate, no side reaction, no homopolymer impurity in the obtained hybrid copolymer, no need of separation and purification of the product, and direct use. |
