The invention provides a polymerization inhibitor for extracting and separating C5 by a DMF method, which in the proportion of parts by mass comprises 100 parts of 4-hydroxy-TEMPO, 30-70 parts of N,N-dimethylhydroxylamine, ethylene glycol 20-40 parts of di-tert-butyl ether and 70-100 parts of ethylene glycol dicarboxylate; its polymerization inhibition effect is less affected by the content of alkynes and alkenes in C5 raw materials, and can be used for alkynes and alkenes C5 raw materials with a content of ≤0.8m%; when the content of alkynes and alkenes is more than 0.3m%, the tar by-product and filter clogging do not increase or accelerate significantly, and the heat transfer efficiency of the tower kettle heater does not significantly decrease , so that the maintenance cycle of the C5 separation device still reaches more than one year. |
