The invention discloses a selenium-doped coral/hydroxyapatite support and a preparation method thereof. In the preparation method, the calcined coral scaffold is soaked in a mixed solution of a phosphorus source and a selenium source to perform a hydrothermal reaction, and after the reaction is finished, ultrasonic washing and drying are performed to obtain the selenium-doped coral/hydroxyapatite scaffold. The raw material of the invention is the waste corals on the seashore, and the waste is reused, and the preparation method is simple, the doping efficiency is high, the structure is stable, and the porous structure of the support is well preserved. At the same time, the scaffold is conducive to cell adhesion, proliferation and differentiation, and has good biocompatibility and potential anti-cancer efficacy, and is expected to play an important role in the field of bone tissue engineering. |
