The invention discloses a method for preparing high-quality Chinese cabbage tail vegetable feed under extreme fermentation temperature. Fermentation material; citric acid is dissolved in sterile deionized water, and then citric acid is sprayed on the surface of the unfermented material, so that the final addition amount of citric acid accounts for 0.45-1.11% of the dry matter mass, and anaerobic fermentation is carried out. The present invention effectively increases the yield of short-chain fatty acids, improves the preservation of soluble carbohydrates, reduces the loss of protein in the form of ammonia nitrogen, and improves protein quality under extreme fermentation temperature environment. The prepared Chinese cabbage tail vegetable feed effectively delayed the increase of pH during aerobic exposure, improved aerobic stability, extended its shelf life, and could reduce protein degradation during exposure and improve nutritional value. |
