abstract | The invention provides a polyphenylene sulfide composite diaphragm and a preparation method and application thereof. The polyphenylene sulfide composite diaphragm comprises the following raw materials: 100 parts of polyphenylene sulfide resin, 10-50 parts of toughening agent, 2-10 parts of compatibilizer, 5-30 parts of reinforcing agent, 0-10 parts of lubricant and 10-50 parts of diluent. The invention adds the toughening agent, the compatibilizer and the reinforcing agent into the polyphenylene sulfide resin for blending modification, uniformly mixes the modified polyphenylene sulfide resin with the lubricant and the diluent, then extrudes and cools for forming, and removes the diluent through extraction to obtain the final polyphenylene sulfide composite diaphragm, thereby reducing the processing difficulty of the polyphenylene sulfide. The polyphenylene sulfide composite diaphragm can effectively inhibit the growth of lithium dendrites and can relieve the problem of short circuit of the battery in the circulation process to a great extent. |
