titleOfInvention | A kind of water-resistant and cold-resistant polyvinyl acetate emulsion and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a water-resistant and cold-resistant polyvinyl acetate emulsion and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of adhesives. The raw materials of the polyvinyl acetate emulsion include by weight: 100 parts of vinyl acetate, 5-20 parts of tertiary vinyl carbonate parts, 10 parts of butyl acrylate (BA), 10 to 15 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.5 to 1 part of reactive emulsifier, 0.5 to 2 parts of acetone acrylamide (DAAM), 0.5 to 2 parts of adipic hydrazide (ADH) , 1 part of buffer, 3 to 5 parts of environmentally friendly plasticizer, 0.1 part to 0.2 part of antifungal agent, and 150 to 200 parts of deionized water; the polyvinyl acetate emulsion also includes an initiator, and the amount of the initiator accounts for 0.1-0.2% of the total mass of vinyl acetate, vinyl tertiary carbonate and butyl acrylate. The water-resistant and cold-resistant polyvinyl acetate emulsion prepared by the method of the invention has high bonding strength, excellent water resistance, and good freeze-thaw stability, and the properties of the emulsion do not change after repeated freezing and thawing. |
