abstract The invention provides an in-situ rapid detection method of acetamiprid in vegetables or fruits, which comprises a step of preparing a sample, namely, putting the sample into a tissue mashing machine to be mashed into homogenate, and putting the homogenate into a polyethylene bottle; an extraction step, weighing 10g of sample into a 50mL plastic centrifuge tube, adding 20mL of acetonitrile, adding an extraction salt bag and a homogenizer, violently shaking, and standing at room temperature; a purification step, sucking supernatant fluid, passing through a filtration type purification column, passing through a microporous filter membrane after primary purification, and collecting filtrate; an enrichment step, after vortex centrifugation, a bottom organic phase is absorbed by a micro-sampler and is placed in a centrifuge tube; a thin layer chromatography detection step, which uses capillary to suck the filtrate, dots the plate, and develops by developer and then image analysis. The invention can realize the on-site in-situ rapid detection of the acetamiprid in the vegetables or fruits.
