titleOfInvention Primer for identifying ligusticum wallichii cpPSSR molecule, kit and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses a primer for identifying a ligusticum wallichii cpsSR molecule in the way, a kit and application thereof. The specific sequence of the primer is shown as SEQ ID NO. 1-28. The application detects the ligusticum wallichii and mixed counterfeit products thereof by 21 pairs of cpsSR primers designed according to chloroplast genome data of 7 ligusticum, and 14 pairs of cpsSR primers can amplify polymorphic bands in test materials, wherein the gene diversity is 0.4716, the polymorphic information content is 0.3954, and 6 test materials can be directly distinguished by combining two pairs of primers. The designed primer sequence can be used for the researches such as the construction of genetic map, variety identification and the like of the ligusticum wallichii.
