abstract |
The invention discloses a SNP molecular marker related to the high sugar content of peach fruit and its application. This application found that there are SNP sites related to high sugar in peach fruit at 0.72Mb of chromosome Pp05 in the peach genome, and the sequence information of these variant sites can be obtained by amplification of a pair of primers. Linked molecular markers enable early molecular identification of target traits. |
