abstract | The invention provides a hydrolase and application thereof in biocatalytic synthesis of 4 '-methylamino-5' -hydroxy-avermectin, wherein an amino acid sequence of the hydrolase is selected from SEQ ID NO: 1. SEQ ID NO: 3. SEQ ID NO: 5 and SEQ ID NO: 7, one of which is shown. The hydrolase screened by the invention can replace deprotection reaction in the process of synthesizing emamectin benzoate by a biological catalysis method. 5-O-allyl formate-4 ' -methylamino-abamectin is used as a substrate, and hydrolysis of esterase is utilized to obtain the product 4 ' -methylamino-5 ' -hydroxy-abamectin, so that a complex chemical synthesis process can be avoided, and a new way is provided for synthesizing the product 4 ' -methylamino-5 ' -hydroxy-abamectin by a biological method. |
