The invention discloses a heat-weldable and heat-repairable epoxy fireproof board and a preparation method. The epoxy fireproof board is obtained by curing raw materials including the following components together with high-temperature fiber cloth: 100 parts by weight of A component modified epoxy resin; 100-400 parts by weight of flame retardant; 2-20 parts by weight of catalyst 100 parts by weight of B component curing agent; 0.1 to 1 part by weight of accelerator; 150 to 400 parts by weight of titanium dioxide; the dosage ratio of component A and component B is 1:1 to 1:2. The preparation includes: mixing components A and B evenly respectively, then mixing and dispersing the components A and B uniformly according to the stated ratio, placing them on an abrasive tool covered with high-temperature resistant fiber cloth, and curing at 70-90 DEG C. The epoxy fireproof board is obtained. The fireproof board of the present invention can transform its form at about 120° C., can form a reversible bond between the board and the board by heating to realize seamless connection, and has thermal weldability. |
