abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of mechanochromic hydrogel, and discloses a self-healing mechanochromic intelligent hydrogel and a preparation method thereof. The method: 1) mixing functional fluorescent monomer, methyl acrylate and sodium chloride solution of sodium lauryl sulfate to obtain a micelle solution; 2) mixing acrylamide, an initiator and a micelle solution to obtain prepolymerization solution; 3) heat curing the prepolymerization solution to obtain self-healing force-induced discoloration hydrogel. The method of the invention is simple, and the obtained hydrogel is an intelligent hydrogel cross-linked by non-covalent bonds in the micelle. The hydrogel of the present invention has the characteristics of high elongation rate, good self-healing ability at room temperature, diversification of fluorescent colors and mechano-fluorescent color change. The smart hydrogel of the present invention has potential applications in mechanical sensing, material damage detection and the like. |
