The optimized enzymolysis pretreatment comprises lysozyme, protease, amylase and cellulase in a mass ratio of 1: 1: 1: 1, the enzyme dosage level is 4%, and the hydrolysis is carried out for 6 hours at 50 ℃. The biological strengthening mode is mixing, spraying and mixing and spraying. The optimized aerobic composting process period is shortened to 10 days, including the temperature of 45 ℃ in the starting period for 1 day, the temperature of 50 ℃ in the high temperature period for 6 days, and the maturity is stable for 3 days. Turning over once every day, and spraying surface liquid, mainly concentrating on the first four days. The invention optimizes the sludge compost by combining enzymolysis pretreatment with biological reinforcement, has the characteristics of nitrogen preservation, deodorization, rapidness and the like, and is widely applied to the actual treatment of the municipal sludge compost.
