titleOfInvention | A kind of thermal insulation silicon-based aerogel composite material for packaging and its preparation method and application |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of chemistry and materials, and in particular relates to a thermal insulating silicon-based aerogel composite material for packaging and a preparation method and application thereof. The thermal insulation silicon-based aerogel composite material for packaging of the present invention is made from raw materials comprising: ethyl orthosilicate, methyltrimethoxysilane and reinforcing phase fiber material, wherein the reinforcing phase fiber material accounts for 2-3.5% of the total mass of ethyl orthosilicate and methyltrimethoxysilane. The invention combines the second-phase reinforcing material in the form of doping and interpenetrating network, fully utilizes the advantages of composite modification, and develops a silicon composite with various excellent properties such as light weight, high strength, low thermal conductivity and temperature change resistance. In addition, the use of atmospheric pressure drying process can further reduce production costs, which is an ideal technology for large-scale industrial production, and is also the main development direction of silicon-based aerogels in the future. |
