abstract | The invention provides a graphene alloy composite material and a preparation method thereof, which comprises the steps of firstly, taking expandable graphite as a raw material, and obtaining graphene through expansion treatment and acidification ultrasonic stripping; dispersing graphene in water by ultrasonic waves, keeping ultrasonic oscillation, adding a silver ammonia solution, a cerium nitrate solution and a hydrazine hydrate solution, and carrying out reduction reaction to obtain a silver-cerium graphene composite material; then adding the silver-cerium graphene composite material into the tetrahydroxy phenyl porphyrin nanorod water dispersion liquid, and uniformly dispersing by ultrasonic waves to obtain a pre-dispersion liquid; and finally, adding urea into the phosphoric acid aqueous solution, uniformly stirring, adding the pre-dispersion liquid, and carrying out heat treatment to obtain the urea. The composite material has wide electromagnetic shielding frequency spectrum range, good electromagnetic shielding effect and good dispersibility in water, and can be used for producing electromagnetic shielding water-based paint. |
