Laser energy control method of time-of-flight mass spectrometer |
abstract |
The invention relates to the field of laser energy control and structure design of a time-of-flight mass spectrometer, which is mainly applied to an ion source of matrix assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS). The defect that the laser energy of the time-of-flight mass spectrum is constant, so that the detection can only be performed on a single matrix and a sample is overcome, the application range of the instrument is expanded, and the whole system has better stability and continuous optimization capability through the design of optical fiber transmission and collimation focusing optical paths. The invention greatly improves the detection precision and the system practicability by a special device and a light path design method. |
