titleOfInvention Cutter wear degree detection method
abstract The invention provides a cutter abrasion degree detection method, wherein hardware equipment comprises a depth camera, a lens, a light source, a bracket and the like, and is used for ensuring accurate acquisition of a cutter image sequence; the software processing part comprises the establishment of a three-dimensional model of a perfect cutter and the establishment of a three-dimensional model of an actual cutter, wherein the establishment of the three-dimensional model of the perfect cutter is completed by extracting basic parameters of the cutter through image processing; establishing a three-dimensional model of an actual cutter by a three-dimensional reconstruction method; and finally, calculating the abrasion degree through the volume difference. The invention increases the traditional mode of judging the wear degree of the cutter by extracting the wear width and the wear area of the cutter to the wear volume of the cutter, truly realizes the complete measurement of the wear degree of the cutter and provides a powerful basis for accurately judging the service life of the cutter.
