titleOfInvention Application of urine protein marker in preparation of kit for detecting clinical stages of diabetic nephropathy
abstract The invention provides application of a urine protein marker in preparation of a kit for detecting clinical stages of diabetic nephropathy. Wherein the urine protein marker is one or more of the following proteins in urine: ANXA7, APOD and C9, with the clinical stage being stage 3 to stage 4. A mass of proteins in urine of patients with the clinical stage 3 diabetic nephropathy and patients with the clinical stage 4 diabetic nephropathy are detected by using a mass spectrometry technology, and the remarkable difference of three proteins including ANXA7, APOD and C9 between the clinical stage 3 and the clinical stage 4 of the diabetic nephropathy is found, so that the three proteins in the urine as markers for detecting the clinical stage 3 to the clinical stage 4 of the diabetic nephropathy have important clinical application values.
