abstract |
The invention provides a preparation method of an exosome, the exosome prepared by the same and application of the exosome. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) digesting autologous adipose tissues by adopting trypsin digestive juice, and then cleaning to obtain fat cells; (2) placing the fat cells obtained in the step (1) in a culture medium for culturing to obtain cell suspension; (3) and (3) mixing the cell suspension obtained in the step (2) with tranexamic acid, culturing, and collecting to obtain the exosome generated by the tranexamic acid modified autologous mesenchymal adipose-derived stem cells. The active ingredients of the exosome preparation comprise exosomes generated by autologous mesenchymal adipose-derived stem cells and modifications of tranexamic acid, and the exosome preparation for repairing burn wounds needs to be capable of promoting wound healing, reducing melanin deposition of the wounds and reducing traces after the wounds heal. |
